A highly respected, privately owned small animal practice in North Miami Beach, Florida, is seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative and compassionate team. • Supportive Team: Work alongside an experienced DVM owner, 5 veterinary technicians, and 4 front office staff
• Balanced Schedule: 4-day workweek with rotating Saturdays and no on-call or overnight shifts

Position Details - Associate Veterinarian – Full-Time

• Base Salary: $175,000/year (no ProSal; reviewed after Year 1 based on performance)
• Daily Caseload: Approx. 20 small animal appointments
• Procedures: OVH/neuters, soft tissue surgery, dental extractions, with mentorship in orthopedics available

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree
• Valid Florida veterinary license
• DEA license and USDA accreditation (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Strong interest in general practice and soft tissue surgery
• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and committed to client education
