A premier small animal practice with over four decades of clinical excellence is actively seeking a Board-Certified Veterinary Surgeon to join its team in Coastal Virginia. With three AAHA-accredited locations in Chesapeake and Virginia Beach, this privately owned practice is known for delivering advanced surgical and diagnostic care within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

This is a unique chance for a board-certified surgeon to step into a highly respected practice with a strong referral base, dedicated credentialed surgical support, and access to state-of-the-art technology. Practice Features & Services

• Advanced Diagnostics: CT scanner, digital radiology, ultrasound, full in-house lab
• Minimally Invasive Surgery: Laparoscopy, endoscopy, and other advanced procedures
• Rehabilitation Therapy: Acupuncture, underwater treadmill, stance analyzer
• Full-Service Boarding & Grooming
• Client-Focused: Education-forward approach and community outreach initiatives

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $200,000+ earning potential

Work Schedule

• Flexible 4-day workweek + Every other Saturday
• Consistent hours with no overnight or on-call shifts
• Locations:
  • Great Bridge (Chesapeake): M/T/Th (8–8), W/F (8–6), Sat (8–2)
  • Pembroke (Virginia Beach): M–F (8–5), Sat (8–2)
  • Sajo Farm (Virginia Beach): M–F (8–8), Sat (8–1)

Ideal Candidate

• Board-Certified Veterinary Surgeon (ACVS or equivalent)
• Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in Virginia
• Committed to clinical excellence and a high standard of patient care
