Board-Certified Veterinary Surgeon | Virginia Beach, VA | $225K–$250K + Production

A premier multi-location private practice with over 40 years of service in the Virginia Beach and Chesapeake communities is seeking a Board-Certified Veterinary Surgeon to join its highly skilled medical team. Position Highlights

• Compensation: $225,000–$250,000 base + 25% production
• Earning Potential: $250K+ annually with strong caseload demand
• Schedule: 36–40 hrs/week, flexible shifts, every other Saturday or 1/month
• Team Support: Experienced LVTs, assistants, and CSRs to ensure focus on surgery and patient care

Candidate Profile

• Board-Certified Veterinary Surgeon (ACVS or equivalent)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Virginia
• Strong surgical and diagnostic expertise, with interest in mentorship and collaboration
• Excellent communication and client education skills
