The Practice
- Long-standing, trusted private practice
- Three-partner ownership with two associates (including a new Wyoming native who’s already part of the furniture)
- Modern 4,500 sq ft facility built for function and comfort
- Surgical suite, dental suite, radiology/ultrasound, three exam rooms, and comfort room
- Large-animal area with equine stocks and bovine space (yes, winter C-sections happen)

The Schedule & Call
- 4-day workweek
- No routine weekends
- Shared call rotation with:
- $1.50/hr standby pay
- Monthly call stipend
- $125–$210 per emergency
- ~$10K extra annually
Compensation & Benefits
- $95K–$120K base (DOE)
- 23% ProSal, no negative accrual
- 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision
- 3% SIMPLE IRA match after one year
- Licenses, DEA, and controlled substance fees covered
- PTO + CE allowance and paid CE days
