Veterinarian

Associate Veterinarian / $120,000 plus / Tecumseh, Michigan

Privately owned Small Animal Practice. This Small Animal Clinic has a high patient demand, a strong reputation, and zero saturation or competition. This is a great opportunity for an Associate Veterinarian to practice with strong support and experienced staff.

Associate Veterinarian Schedule: 

·        Average 40-hour workweek

·        One weekday off per week

·        Every other weekend off 

·        No mandatory after-hours emergency duty

Veterinarian Practice Overview:

·        In-house laboratory (full IDEXX suite)

·        Digital radiography, ultrasound, rigid endoscopy

·        Advanced dental equipment

·        Broad surgical capabilities, including orthopedic and endoscopic procedures

·        Support and funding for CE to expand surgical and diagnostic skillsets

·        Openness to adding advanced diagnostics or procedures based on associate interests

Associate Veterinarian Compensation & Benefits:

·        Base salary: $110,000–$120,000

·        25% quarterly production 

·        Relocation assistance available

·        Medical insurance, HSA option, life & disability insurance

·        Retirement plan with employer match (up to 3%)

·        CE allowance and professional dues/licensure reimbursement
