Associate Veterinarian Opportunity – Private Practice (Small Animal Focus)
A well-established, family-owned veterinary hospital in Southeast Michigan is seeking one to two Associate Veterinarians for full-time or part-time positions as part of a planned succession strategy tied to upcoming retirements. This role offers the rare advantage of inheriting an existing client base, eliminating the pressure to build a caseload from scratch.
The practice provides comprehensive companion animal care, including wellness, internal medicine, geriatrics, and surgery. Approximately 95% of cases are canine and feline, with optional limited large-animal work available for interested candidates. The hospital is particularly well-suited for veterinarians with an interest in surgery, including orthopedics and minimally invasive procedures.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $110,000–$120,000
- 25% quarterly production (negotiable)
