Role Summary

  • Title: Associate Veterinarian (Small Animal)
  • Location: Tecumseh, MI
  • Average Caseload: 20–24 patients per day
  • Responsibilities:
    • Perform comprehensive exams for wellness and sick visits
    • Diagnose, develop treatment plans, and manage ongoing care
    • Conduct routine and advanced surgical procedures
    • Work closely with the medical team to ensure best-in-class patient outcomes

Clinic Schedule

  • Mon–Wed: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
  • Every Other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • No on-call or after-hours required

Facility Features

  • 4 fully equipped exam rooms
  • Large, modern surgical suite
  • In-house diagnostics and imaging

Qualifications

  • DVM or equivalent, with eligibility for Michigan licensure
  • Surgical experience or interest in surgical development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong commitment to team-based, client-centered care
