Privately owned Small Animal Practice. This Small Animal Clinic has a high patient demand, a strong reputation, and zero saturation or competition. This is a great opportunity for a Lead Veterinarian seeking to practice with strong support and experienced staff.

Lead Veterinarian Schedule: 

·        Full-Time – 36-to-40-hour workweek

Veterinarian Practice Overview:

·        Serve as Lead Veterinarian—clinical leader and mentor

·        Influence medical standards, workflow, and team development

·        Autonomy to grow special interests (surgery, ultrasound, dentistry, exotics, etc.)

·        Partner with ownership on strategy, growth, and future expansion

·        Supported by a stable, collaborative private-practice team

·        Privately owned, growth-minded veterinary group

·        Modern, well-equipped facilities

·        Includes a brand-new 4,500 sq. ft. hospital in Burlington

Lead Veterinarian Compensation & Benefits:

·        Base salary: $110K–$150K

·        20% production

·        $170K–$200K+ realistic earning potential by year two
