The Role (Leadership-Focused)
- Serve as Lead Veterinarian—clinical leader and mentor
- Influence medical standards, workflow, and team development

Compensation & Partnership
- Base salary: $110K–$150K
- 20% production
- $170K–$200K+ realistic earning potential by year two
