Position Details

• Role: Associate Veterinarian (Small Animal, with some exotics/wildlife optional)
• Schedule:
  • Full-Time: 4 days/week + every other Saturday (8 AM – 12 PM)
  • Part-Time: Minimum 2 days/week
  • Weekdays: 8 AM – 5 PM (Thursdays until 6 PM)
• Caseload:
  • 12–16 patients per day
  • 2–3 surgeries, 3 days per week (50% dental, 25% spay/neuter, 25% mass/injury)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary:
  • $120K (new grads)
  • $140K (experienced DVMs)
• Part-Time Pay: $60–$75/hour depending on experience
• Production Bonus: Negotiated after acclimation period
• Sign-On/Relocation: Negotiable
