You will not be micromanaged. You will be supported.

Position Details

• Role: Associate Veterinarian (Small Animal)
• Light exotic/wildlife cases optional—not required
• Full-Time: 4 days/week + every other Saturday (8 AM–12 PM)
• Part-Time: Minimum 2 days/week
• Hours: 8 AM–5 PM (Thursdays to 6 PM)

Caseload:

• 12–16 patients/day
• 2–3 surgeries, 3 days/week
• Dentistry: ~50% of surgical volume
• Remaining: spay/neuter, mass removals, soft-tissue, injuries

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:

• $120K (new grads)
• $140K (experienced DVMs)

Part-Time: $60–$75/hr

Production Bonus: Negotiated once acclimated

Sign-On/Relocation: Available
