A respected, independently owned veterinary practice in Bloomington, IN is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its growing team. This is the job you take when you want a real community, real clients, and real work-life balance—not quotas, burnout, or 24-hour chaos.

About the Practice

• Private small animal GP — no corporate scripts, no production quotas
• Progressive medicine with modern diagnostics and surgical capabilities
• Luxury pet resort on-site (boarding, daycare, grooming) that supports medical recommendations and drives client retention
• Supportive team, great communication, and leadership that actually listens

You practice medicine without corporate decision trees—and the clients know the difference.

Schedule

• No nights, weekends, or after-hours emergencies
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Appointment blocks: 8:30–12:00 and 1:30–4:30
• Choose what works for your life:
  • Part-time: 2–3 days/week
  • Full-time: 4–5 days/week

You’ll be home for dinner every night and still grow your career.
