Schedule & Work-Life Balance:

• Flexible 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday: 8 AM–6 PM; Friday: 8 AM–3 PM)
• No weekend hours
• No after-hours emergency duty

Compensation & Benefits:

• $125,000 base/yr.
