A well-established and growing animal hospital in Scituate, Rhode Island, is seeking a compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join its dedicated and collaborative team. With a strong community presence and a modern, well-equipped facility, this role offers an excellent work-life balance and a guaranteed base salary of $160,000 annually, plus production incentives.

Practice Highlights:

• Newly renovated clinic featuring 4 exam rooms, sterile surgical suite, in-house lab, digital X-ray, and dental radiography
• Diverse caseload: cats, dogs, and exotics (rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, hamsters)
• Supportive environment with 2 full-time DVMs and experienced technicians
• Flexible scheduling with full-time (4-day week) or part-time options
• Welcoming atmosphere with mentorship available for new or internationally trained graduates

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full-Time: $160,000 base salary + 22% production bonus (paid quarterly)
• Part-Time: $1,000/day

Schedule Overview:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (no late evenings)
