Associate Holistic Veterinarian | AAHA-Accredited | Reno, NV

A thriving AAHA-accredited practice located on 3 acres in an affluent area of Reno, Nevada, is seeking two Associate Holistic Veterinarians to join its exceptional team. This is a rare opportunity to practice in a collaborative, progressive environment that combines traditional veterinary medicine with holistic and integrative care.

With demand at an all-time high and appointments booked out six weeks in advance, the incoming doctors will have immediate caseloads and the support of an experienced team of 8 full-time and 4 part-time veterinarians, alongside more than 50 support staff.

Position Details

• Shifts: 10-hour days, ~40 hours per week; some Saturdays required.
• Scheduling: Veterinarian schedules prepared 3 months in advance.
• Appointments: 15-minute time slots.
• Opportunities: Open to general practitioners, integrative medicine veterinarians, or specialists (surgical or otherwise).

Compensation

• Daily Guarantee (first 6 months): $400–$650/day, depending on experience.
• After Guarantee: 20% of production (pure collections model).
• Annual Potential: $120,000–$210,000.
• Additional Earnings:
  • 20% – Traditional/holistic production & general medications
  • 18% – Herbals & microbiome therapy
  • 6% – Portable Animal Sonography ultrasounds

• General: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 am–6:00 pm (closed Sunday)
• Holistic Care Center: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm (closed Sunday)
