Locum to Perm Kansas Periodontist Dentist Opportunity

Function: Periodontist

Facility Location: Wichita, KS 67226

Assignment Dates: ASAP, 2-3 months to start

Schedule/Shifts: Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

% inpatient/outpatient: 100% outpatient

Patient Volume: 15-20, all adults

Procedures: Exams, SRP, perio Surgery, regeneration, implants

Support Staff: dental assistant, scheduler, treatment coordinator, hygienists

Type of Charting: DSN perio software

Requirements: KS License, DEA, BLS

Reason for Need: Growth

Credentialing Timeframe: 1 week

Pay Rate: Negotiable
