Pediatrician Needed near South Bend | Outpatient only | No weekends

Compensation & benefits
- $220,000 salary DOE
- $18,000 signing bonus
- FTCA malpractice, 403(b) with 3% match, medical/dental/vision
- 160 hours (~4 weeks) PTO + 11 paid holidays
- CME: 5 days + $2,500

What you’ll do
- Provide full-spectrum outpatient pediatric care: well visits, acute/chronic, immunizations, developmental screening
- 32 patient-facing hours + 8 admin hours (admin day often remote)
- Nurse triage takes first call; pediatrics call about 1x/month (phone only)
