A thriving dental practice in Midland, Texas is seeking a Pediatric Dentist (or a General Dentist with pediatric experience) to join its growing team. This position offers a flexible schedule, a strong support staff, and the potential for a long-term partnership in a high-volume, well-established practice.
Position Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, Friday 8:30 AM–12:30 PM (flexible)
- Setting: 100% outpatient
- Daily Patient Volume: 50–70 patients per day
- Procedures: All pediatric dental procedures (preventive, restorative, and surgical)
- Support Team: 7 experienced dental assistants per doctor (no hygienists)
- Software: Denticon
- Credentialing Timeframe: 1–2 weeks
Requirements
- Active Texas Dental License
- CPR and BLS Certification
- Medicaid credentialing required
- Strong communication skills and a passion for pediatric patient care
