·      Strong existing hygiene demand + 35–50 new patients per month as the schedule grows.

·      $1,200–$1,600 daily guarantee first year + 34–36% of collections – Depends on experience

·      Clear partnership track after 2 years with owner financing, 10–20% buy-in, and equal voting rights among partners.

·      $30,000 student loan assistance over 3 years + sign-on/relocation support available.

·      4-day clinical week (Mon–Thu)

·      Modern equipment: iTero scanner, CO2 laser, digital imaging in a brand-new facility designed for growth.

·      Robust mentorship from 5 experienced partners in a doctor-led, non-corporate group with strong staff support (avg. 5+ years tenure).
