This private practice is seeking an associate with a potential partnership path due to a retirement.
Practice Details
State-of-the-Art Facility:
- 9 operatories: 3 private treatment rooms + 6 open bay chairs for hygiene.
- Future expansion is planned to accommodate the growing demand for patients.
High Patient Volume:
- Over 125+ new patients per month, ensuring a busy and productive schedule.
Comprehensive Pediatric Care:
- Full-scope treatment, including restorative care, anesthetic procedures, and conscious or IV sedation.
- An in-house anesthesiologist is available three days a week for IV sedation cases.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Guaranteed Base or 40% of Adjusted Net Collections
- Lucrative earning potential with an annually increasing percentage of adjusted net collections.
