A highly regarded and well-established pediatric dental practice is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join their growing team. This exciting opportunity comes due to retirement, allowing a new provider to step into a thriving, high-demand practice with a strong patient base.

State-of-the-Art Facility:
- 9 operatories: 3 private treatment rooms + 6 open bay chairs for hygiene.
- Future expansion is planned to accommodate growing patient demand.
High Patient Volume:
- Over 125+ new patients per month, ensuring a busy and productive schedule.
Comprehensive Pediatric Care:
- Full-scope treatment, including restorative care, anesthetic procedures, and conscious or IV sedation.
- An in-house anesthesiologist is available three days a week for IV sedation cases.

Competitive Guaranteed Base or 40% of Adjusted Net Collections
- Lucrative earning potential with an annually increasing percentage of adjusted net collections.
