A thriving, well-established pediatric dental practice in The Dalles, Oregon, is actively seeking a personable, compassionate, and motivated Associate Pediatric Dentist to join their close-knit and experienced team. This is a full-time opportunity in a comprehensive pediatric setting that combines clinical excellence with a fun, supportive atmosphere dedicated to patient-centered care.

About the Practice

Serving the Columbia River Gorge region, the practice is fully equipped to provide a wide scope of pediatric dental services, including interceptive orthodontics and Invisalign. With a strong daily patient flow (averaging 45–70 patients per day between two clinics), this practice blends high clinical volume with high-quality care.

• Facilities:
  • 7 treatment suites in The Dalles (2 closed operatories, 5 hygiene/ortho chairs)
  • Digital X-rays, Itero Scanners, Solea Laser
  • On-site lab and sterile processing
  • In-office General Anesthesia services
• Team:
  • Experienced and certified EFDA dental assistants
  • Longstanding front office staff
  • Led by a pediatric dentist with over 30 years of clinical and business expertise
• Schedule:
  • 4-day work week | Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily Base Guarantee: $1,200/day or 30–35% of net collections (commensurate with experience)
• Sign-On/Relocation Bonus: $35,000
