A premier oral surgery practice near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join its thriving team. Practice Overview:

The practice is experiencing rapid expansion and is building a brand-new facility to meet demand. Located just 30 minutes from Pittsburgh, the current 5,500 sq. ft. office features six operatories, two exam rooms, and state-of-the-art technology including CBCT, X-Nav, Trios, and multiple implant systems. A robust referral network, enhanced by a custom-built referral app and monthly CE events, supports strong and growing case volume.

Position Highlights:

• $600,000 base salary with first-year potential exceeding $1M
• 35% production bonus on collections over $1.6M
• Dentoalveolar and implant focus (including All-on-X), with opportunities in trauma and orthognathic surgery
• Full clinical autonomy with support for anesthesia services, hospital privileges, and marketing initiatives
• Five-day work week with 20–30 patients per day
• Optional, non-paid hospital call; shared practice call

Support & Resources:

• 17-member clinical team including experienced surgical assistants and a PA-C credited with boosting collections by 30%
• On-staff RN supporting IV and injectable services
• Cutting-edge tools and digital workflow
• Strong infrastructure without the constraints of corporate oversight

Compensation & Benefits:

• $50,000 sign-on bonus and $5,000 relocation assistance (lump sum at signing)
