Private OMS Practice – $ 1 million + Earnings – North of Chicago

· Over 30 years of strong community-wide relationships and established referral base. Full schedule. There is no call at the hospitals unless you choose to participate; the partners are not on the hospital call schedule.

· Sedation IV and airway management are provided by ACLS certified Registered Nurses and DAANCE certified surgical assistants.

· Southern Wisconsin is known for its quality of life, outdoor adventure and recreation, excellent schools, and great community. The community is located near Madison, Chicago, and only a couple of hours to Milwaukee.

Finances:

1. $450,000 base salary guaranteed

2. $25,000 signing bonus

3. Incentive: A 40% bonus will be awarded based on the Associate’s collections surpassing $1.35 million annually, with current partners collecting over $3M

Additional benefits include:

1. 4.5 working days on average per week

2. Health insurance paid at 100%

3. Retirement plan Contributions (Safe Harbor & Profit Sharing)
