Locum Tenens Oral Surgeon - Brooklyn, NY
Function: Oral Surgeon
Facility Location: Brooklyn, NY. 11029
Assignment Dates: ASAP
Schedule/Shifts: 1 day per week (Thursday or Friday) plus 2nd Saturday per month (possibly 2 Saturdays)
% inpatient/outpatient: 100% outpatient
Patient Volume: 7-15
Procedures: Oral conscious sedation, sinus augmentation, implant placement, surgical extractions, wisdom teeth
Support Staff: Office Manager, Front Desk, 1 DA per doctor (3 doctors)
Type of Charting: Eaglesoft
Requirements: NY license, OS Board Certification
Reason for Need: Maternity Leave
Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 weeks
Pay Rate: Negotiable
