Locum Tenens Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery - Ashland, KY
Function: Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Facility Location: Ashland, KY 41101
Assignment Dates: 5-20 shifts per month, depending on your availability.
Schedule/Shifts: Mon-Thur 7a-3p; Fri 7a-12p
% inpatient/outpatient: 100% outpatient
Patient Volume: 20 ppd avg.
Procedures: Dental implant placement, extraction, biopsies, bone grafting, jaw surgery (orthognathic surgery)
Support Staff: 1 RN, 4 surgical assistants, 1 implant coordinator, 1 sterilization specialist, 1 surgical support to handle recovery
Type of Charting: Win OMS (switching to Sensei soon)
Requirements: Clear and active KY license, BC/BE is a must, DEA, BLs
Reason for Need: growth
Credentialing Timeframe: up to 90 days
Pay Rate: $5k per day
Travel and Lodging Provided: lodging, mileage reimbursement or rental, and airfare (airfare must be approved)
