This established multi-specialty dental organization in Delaware is adding a full-time Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon due to strong and growing internal demand. This position offers immediate production, long-term stability, and a predictable referral pipeline.

Highlights

·      Built-In referral base. You can be busy on day 1

·      Earn the greater of $500,000 base salary or 38–40% of collections

·      Realistic earning potential of $1.5M+ annually

·      Flexible schedule: 4–5 days per week
