Associate/Partnership/Owner Opportunity

Each Surgeon Collects $1.8-2+ Million Annually

Opportunity:

· Join an established 20+ year practice where two founding members are retiring

· Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – flexible 4 to 4.5 days/week

·  Each surgeon collects ~$1.8M–$2M+ annually

·  Great Support Staff – be as productive as you want

·  3 offices - Surgeons rotate among all offices; staff and treatment coordinators follow

· Each doctor: 2 assistants + 1 treatment coordinator (team rotates with doctor; fill-ins on off-days)

· No-show rate: Low (~94%+ show rate).

· Most, if not all, surgeons are booked out 3–4 weeks 

· Imaging & Workflow: Digital imaging integrated into Carestream OMS; iTero scanning

-       Automated comms via Revenue Well/Reach.

· Mentorship offered if needed

· Seeking top-tier OMS candidates who want a high-volume practice and are great team players.

· Need someone who is comfortable with a fast-paced schedule and wants to be a Partner/Owner
