Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon/ $600,000 plus / Washington, PA

Privately owned Oral Surgery practice. This Oral Surgery office has a high patient demand, a strong reputation, and zero saturation or competition. This is a great opportunity for an Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon to practice with great support and experienced staff.

Oral Surgeon Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time

·        Mon–Thu: 7:30–3:30 (AM surgery, PM consults/implants)

·        Fri: 7:30–2:00 (surgery only)

·        20–30 patients/day

·        Predictable, efficient, and sustainable

Oral Surgery Practice Overview:

·        5,500 sq ft modern facility

·        6 operatories + 2 consult rooms

·        CBCT, XNAV, Trios, multiple implant systems

·        Payer mix: 40% PPO | 35% FFS | 25% Medicaid

·        Full-scope OMS:

o   Dentoalveolar

o   Implants & All-on-X

o   Orthognathic & trauma optional

Oral Surgeon Compensation & Benefits:

·        $600,000 guaranteed base salary

·        35% of collections over $1.6M

·        $1M+ realistic year-one earnings

·        $50,000 sign-on bonus (lump sum)

·        100% malpractice coverage

·        80 hours PTO

·        $5,000 CE + 1 CME week

·        Association dues covered
