Schedule (Designed for Surgeons)

• Mon–Thu: 7:30–3:30 (AM surgery, PM consults/implants)
• Fri: 7:30–2:00 (surgery only)
• 20–30 patients/day
• Predictable, efficient, and sustainable

Compensation & Benefits

• $600,000 guaranteed base salary
• 35% of collections over $1.6M
• $1M+ realistic year-one earnings
• $50,000 sign-on bonus (lump sum)
