Schedule Options

Full-Time or Part-Time flexibility available

• Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (AM surgery, PM consults/implants)
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM (surgery only)
• 20–30 patients per day
• Efficient, predictable workflow with strong clinical support

Practice Overview

• 5,500 sq ft modern surgical facility
• 6 operatories + 2 dedicated consult rooms
• Advanced technology: CBCT, XNAV, Trios, multiple implant systems
• Established referral network with consistent surgical volume
• Payer mix: 40% PPO | 35% FFS | 25% Medicaid

Full Scope OMS Opportunity:

• Dentoalveolar surgery
• Implants & All-on-X
• Optional orthognathic and trauma cases

Compensation & Benefits

• $450,000 guaranteed base salary
• 35% of collections above threshold
