A thriving Private Oral Surgery Practice, is seeking a full-time Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral Surgeon to join its thriving, referral-driven practice just 30 minutes outside of Pittsburgh. This is a rare $600K base, $1M+ first-year earning potential opportunity with a 12-month partnership track—ideal for a surgeon who wants autonomy, growth, and ownership in a high-volume private practice.

  • Procedures: Full-scope OMS with focus on dentoalveolar, implants, All-on-X; optional orthognathic and trauma.
  • Schedule:
    • Mon–Thurs 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (AM surgeries, PM consults/implants).
    • Fri 7:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m. (surgery only).
  • Volume: 20–30 patients per day; owner production exceeded $4M in past year.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $600,000.
  • Bonus: 35% of collections beyond $1.6M.
  • Earning Potential: $1M+ in Year 1.
  • Incentives:
    • $50,000 sign-on bonus (paid lump sum).
    • $5,000 relocation allowance.
    • $10,000 loan forgiveness.

Candidate Profile

  • DDS/DMD + OMS residency completion.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible.
  • Skilled in dentoalveolar and implant surgery with interest in complex cases (All-on-X, orthognathic, trauma optional).
  • Driven, team-oriented, and committed to clinical excellence and referral development.
