Single doctor location, with full autonomy. Pay is handled under a hybrid W-2/1099 model. 1M+ in earning potential within the first year. There is also a buy-in option.

- 5 Ops.
- Established referrals and patients.
- Fully staffed, Established Office Manager.
- All new equipment.
- CE program in the building.
Financials:
- 500K Base Salary (W2),
- 35% Collections, once you hit 1.5M in production (Collections paid 1099 – Hybrid Model).
- 1M+ in earning potential within the first year.
- 25K Sign-On Bonus
- Up to 25K Relocation Reimbursement
- 5K Annually for Dues/CE
