Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $500,000 or 35% of adjusted production (whichever is higher)
• Comprehensive Benefits: Health insurance, malpractice coverage, and 4 weeks of paid vacation
• Continuing Education: $10,000 annual CE allowance
