Join a five-surgeon team to support strong market demand and a planned senior taper over ~4 years. This role is built for a surgeon who wants to step into volume, teach, and move toward ownership on a defined timeline.

Clinical Scope

• Full-scope OMS with heavy implant/full-arch (“All-on-X”), orthognathic, TMJ/joint, and reconstruction.
• Hospital OR is optional; you can also run a 100% clinic-based practice if preferred.

Schedule

• Clinic runs 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. with steady consults and cases.
• 4- or 5-day workweek—your call.
