The Dental Front Office Role

You’ll be a key part of the patient experience—handling the front end of the practice while keeping things running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer phones and manage patient communication
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Verify insurance and explain benefits clearly
• Collect payments and manage patient accounts
• Help resolve patient concerns professionally and calmly
• Coordinate with the clinical team to maintain flow and efficiency

What They’re Looking For

• Prior dental front office experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable handling high call volume and patient flow
• Strong communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
