VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING – EXECUTIVE ROLE IN HIGH-GROWTH ORTHODONTIC ORGANIZATION

As Vice President of Marketing, you will lead all marketing functions, drive new patient acquisition, and shape a powerful brand presence across New Jersey and northern Pennsylvania.

Job Overview

• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy across 9+ multi-site locations

• Lead marketing channels: digital, referral, community, & patient engagement

• Strengthen brand identity, messaging, and creative direction across platforms

• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and RCM to align marketing efforts

• Optimize the patient acquisition funnel using data, analytics, and KPIs

• Lead and mentor a team of field representatives and agency partners

• Support the integration and growth of new practices following acquisitions

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary up to $125,000, based on experience

• Quarterly performance bonuses tied to key operational metrics
