Primary Care Physician – Elkhart, IN
Mission-driven FQHC seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a collaborative outpatient team in Elkhart, Indiana.
Position Highlights:
- Outpatient only
- Mon-Fri schedule, no weekends
- 14-16 patients per day
- Base salary up to $250,000
- 4 weeks PTO + 11 holidays
- CME: 5 days + $2,500
- FTCA malpractice, full benefits, 403(b) match
- Student loan program eligible
Requirements:
- BC/BE Family Medicine
- Indiana license and DEA
- Comfortable with women’s health, including paps, annuals, implantable contraception, and minor procedures
