A mission-driven FQHC is hiring for a primary care physician to join a phenomenal interdisciplinary team providing exceptional care to families in Elkhart, IN.
Highlights
- Outpatient only (no hospital/ED call)
- Mon–Fri 8–6 (one late night to 8) | No weekends
- 14–16 patients/day | athenahealth EMR
- Base Salary up to $250k
- CME: 5 days + $2,500 | PTO: 4 weeks + 11 holidays
- FTCA malpractice, Medical/Dental/Vision, 403(b) 3% match
- Student loan program eligible
Must be comfortable with women’s health: paps, annuals, implantable contraception + minor procedures (I&D, wound care).
