We are looking to fill this locum tenens opportunity as soon as October 3rd, and the position is open to temp-to-perm 3 days/week.

Locum Tenens Endodontist Opening - Dayton, OH

Function: Endodontist

Facility Location: Dayton, OH 45429

Assignment Dates: Friday, October 3, ongoing

Schedule/Shifts: Fri 8a-3p (preferred), Mondays as an option (7:30a-4p)

% inpatient/outpatient: 100% outpatient

Patient Volume: 7 avg.

Procedures: all endo procedures (mainly molar and retreatments)

Support Staff: Endo Coordinator Specialists, EFDA trained in Endo, DA, Hygienist

Type of Charting: Dentrix

Requirements: OH License, BLS

Reason for Need: Growth

Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 weeks

Pay Rate: Competitive rates
