• Schedule: Start 2–4 days/week, ramp to 4 days (Mon–Thu 8–5; flexible)
• Demand: ~85–100 cases/month already in-system; minimal outside commuting
• Setup: 2 private endo ops; group purchases specialty equipment with your input
• Team & Autonomy: Help hire your DA, set protocols (CBCT/isolation, block templates)
• Comp: up to 45% collections, no lab fee deductions, malpractice reimbursed (W-2 or 1099)
• Perks: $10k sign-on, travel reimbursement
• Trajectory: Conservative modeling supports 7–8 pts/day and strong monthly production
• Requirements: Endodontic residency; Utah license (or eligibility). New grads welcome.
