Endodontist Opportunity – West Texas

3-4 Day Workweek | 45% Collections | Small-Town Living with Big-Time Support

Looking to practice high-quality endodontics with the freedom of a flexible schedule and the warmth of a community-based team? Our thriving, multi-location endodontic practice in West Texas is looking for a skilled and compassionate Endodontist to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do

· Diagnose and perform advanced endodontic procedures, including root canals, retreatments, and surgeries

· Collaborate with a close-knit team focused on patient-first care

· Enjoy a 3-4 day workweek:

· Tuesday – Thursday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

· Friday (8:30 AM – 3:00 PM)

Compensation & Benefits

· Guaranteed Base Salary

· 45% of net collections

· 401(k) eligibility after 12 months

· Malpractice coverage is fully paid

· Company card for networking and maintaining referral relationships
