3–4 Day Workweek | 45% Collections | Small-Town Living with Big-Time Support

Are you looking to practice high-quality endodontics with the flexibility of a 3–4 day workweek and the support of a close-knit, community-focused team? My client's thriving endodontic practice in West Texas is seeking a skilled and compassionate Endodontist to join their growing team!

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and perform a wide range of advanced endodontic procedures, including root canals, retreatments, and endodontic surgery
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated, patient-first clinical and administrative team
• Enjoy a flexible schedule with a healthy work-life balance:
  • Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary with 45% of net collections
• Malpractice coverage fully paid
• 401(k) eligibility after 12 months
• Company card provided for networking and referral relationship development
