This is a well-established private practice. The area offers no competition or saturation, with a low cost of living.
Position Highlights:
- Procedures: Primarily root canals, with some endodontic retreatment, surgery, and trauma cases.
- Schedule: Flexible with 4.5-day work week
- Support Staff:
- 5 total staff: 3 assistants, 1 coordinator, and 1 office manager
- 1 assistant dedicated to you; others rotate
- Third-party billing team in place
Compensation & Benefits:
- W2 or 1099
- Collections: 50%
- Sign-On/Relocation Bonus: $40,000
- Malpractice Insurance: 100% covered
