Locum Tenens General Dentist (ASAP Ongoing) | Cincinnati, OH

A non-profit dental practice in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a dedicated General Dentist for immediate, ongoing locum tenens coverage across two local clinical locations, with locum-to-permanent potential. This opportunity focuses on providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient base while the practice actively recruits for a permanent doctor.

Clinical operations are fully supported by an established team consisting of a Dental Hygienist, an Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary (EFDA), two Dental Assistants, and a sterilization technician to ensure a smooth, efficient daily workflow.

The Role:

• Location: Cincinnati, OH 45202
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (ASAP ongoing; locum-to-perm option available)
• Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Lunch: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM); Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Patient Volume: 12–20 patients per day (75% adult patient mix)
• Clinical Scope: Bread-and-butter dentistry, dentures, partials, crowns, restorative, and extractions, plus additional procedures based on provider experience (No IV sedation or orthodontics)
• Tech Stack: Dentrix Ascend EMR and DO 3D imaging technology
• Preferred Skills: 1–2+ years of clinical dentistry experience preferred

• Credentials: Active OH Dental License, active DEA, and current BLS certification.
• Onboarding: Fast-track onboarding available for Ohio Medicaid-credentialed providers.
