Function: General Family Dentistry

Facility Location: Stillwater, OK 74074

Assignment Dates: Asap, Monday-Friday

Schedule/Shifts: 2-5 days per week, 8a-5p

% inpatient/outpatient: 100% outpatient (up to 40% Medicaid patients)

Patient Volume: 10-20

Procedures: General dentistry, mainly adults

Support Staff: Front Office, 2 dental assistants, 1 hygienists, 1 other dentist

Type of Charting: Open Dental

Requirements: Clear and active OK license, DEA, BLS (must be enrolled in Medicaid to be considered for full-time coverage)

Reason for Need: growth, new hire doesn't start until Summer of 2026

Credentialing Timeframe: 1 week

Pay Rate: Negotiable
