- Assignment Dates: Every 3rd Monday & Tuesday
- Schedule/Shifts: Monday & Tuesday ; 10a-6p
- Patient Volume: 10-12
- Procedures: Operatives, root canals, crowns, bridges, basic implants and restoratives
- Support Staff: 1 Assistant and one RDH
- EMR: Dentrix
- Requirements: NJ License, BLS, & DEA
