Support Staff: Front Office, 2 dental assistants, 3 hygienists, 1 other dentist
Type of Charting: Open Dental
Requirements: MUST be enrolled with Idaho Delta Dental, Idaho dental license, DEA registration, and BLS
Reason for Need: Dentist having surgery needing 1 month recovery
Credentialing Timeframe: 1 week
