Dentist / Clinical Director / Private Practice / Kentucky

Privately owned dental office with a high patient demand, a strong reputation, and zero saturation or competition. This is a great opportunity for an experienced clinical director to practice with a growing practice and enjoy great support while doing it.

Schedule: 4-5 day work week as desired / Split between 2 offices.

Practice Overview:

·       Both locations have modern operatories

·       Fully staffed with experienced long-term staff.

·       New, high-end equipment and technology

·       PPO and fee-for-service with a light percentage of Medicaid.

·       Peloton Gym, large kitchen/break room. Very down-to-earth staff. Company and team outings.

Compensation & Benefits:

·       Daily guarantee for first 90 days to get you settled in.

·       Net Production with a tiered bonus program (30% < $50,000, 32% < $100,000, 34% < $150,000+).

·       CE Credits and includes 50% matching up to $5000.00.

·       Opportunity for partnership will be available after 1 – 2 years, if desired.

·       Can be 1099 or W2

·       Super GP / Experienced clinical director that is comprehensively trained with a track record of performing comprehensive dentistry. Some one that loves to learn and loves to teach.
