Join a growth-ready, two-provider family practice as the anchor doctor. Step into a solid patient base and keep more care in-house for the community.

Practice Snapshot

• 7 ops (4 doctor / 3 hygiene), Dentrix, digital X-ray
• ~2,500 active patients; ~15 new patients/month; steady emergencies
• Hours: Mon–Thu 8–5, Fri 8–12 (4–5 days/week)

Compensation & Perks

• Daily guarantee: $1,600/day for 3 months or $1,000/day for 6 months
• 30–34% net-collections (tiered)
• $25k Sign-on Bonus
• $60,000 retention bonus (paid over 2 years)
• No lab fee deductions, malpractice reimbursed; paid on the 15th

What You’ll Do

• Bread-and-butter GP with the option to grow endo/implants; leadership open to CBCT

Requirements

• DDS/DMD; KS license (or eligibility). New grads welcome.
