A mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center in Southwest New Mexico is seeking an additional General Dentist to join its established and well-supported dental team. The organization offers steady patient volume, a reliable clinical support structure, and the opportunity for a dentist to make a meaningful impact while serving an underserved community.

Position Highlights:

·       Base salary $210,000 Plus Production / $25 per patient after 18 per day

·       4-day workweek

·       PTO: Up to 153 hours/year + 11 holidays

·       Up to $20,000 relocation reimbursement

·       $20,000 retention bonus after 90 days

·       Health, dental, life, malpractice insurance, 401(k) with 3% match after 1 year

·       Eligible for federal and state student loan repayment programs
