Thriving, family-focused private practice in the Salem–Keizer, OR metro seeks a confident Associate General Dentist to step into robust patient demand and help us expand services. You’ll practice comprehensive dentistry with a supportive clinical team in a modern, 7-op facility (4 doctor ops + dedicated surgical suite).

Schedule
- Full-time: 4 days/week (Fridays available and ideal for peds or overflow)
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: 30% adjusted production or $800/day minimum (greater of)
- Benefits: 401(k) with match, $600/month employer health contribution, in-house dental, vision options
- CE support, licensure/dues assistance considered
- Relocation/sign-on: case-by-case
